365 Days = 365 Letters

My friend Maggie turned me on to this awesome undertaking: 365 Letters. Carla from Stephens County, Texas has vowed to write one letter every single day throughout 2009. That’s remarkable! I’m embarrassed to say I wouldn’t even make that commitment—at least not this year with all I have on my plate. Inspired by Carla, however, I do plan to make it a goal one of these years. Preferably an even year—I have a thing with even numbers.

In any case, I am thrilled to learn of 365 Letters and am psyched to track it. Carla confesses that she’s been wanting to do this letter-a-day for years and that launching a blog about it has helped. In today’s blog she writes, So, I thought that by setting a definite goal, making it trackable and making it public, I would be more motivated to stay on task.

I’m happy to be your cheerleader Carla. I will do what I can to spread the word. Write away!
