					<description>I liken it to mingling at a party.  You check in, see who's there, hang out for a few, talk if you want (or don't) and then step out again.

And like a party, you might meet some interesting, entertaining or useful people to network with.  Or you might run into a jerk who spills a drink on your silk blouse.

So, if you don't like that kind of stuff you probably won't like Twitter.</description>
