This is Real Simple
Erin Kane, a freelance publicist and blogger for Real Simple, wrote a sweet little tribute to the handwritten letter last Friday and was kind enough to mention LetterLover. I must say that I am continually encouraged by the odes to letter writing that keep popping up—especially recently. I think there are enough of us to keep this practice going well into the 22nd Century.

While taking a break, someone sat next to me, and I noticed that she had a handful of letters, and I started a conversation complimenting her for keeping up the lost art of letter writing. Turns out they were hand written thank you letters in response to a job interview. I’m glad that you’re inspiring others to continue the tradition of letter writing.
After reading the article, it has dawned on me that lately, I’ve been horrible about staying in touch with a lot of people via letter, and reading your quote in Erin’s blog was a friendly reminder to set time aside to write again. Thank you for sharing her wonderful article, I also liked Lilia Fallgatter’s quote.
